The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. This hands-on leadership role is suited for a commercially savvy finance professional with a background in FMCG or manufacturing, strong systems integration experience, deep financial expertise, and leadership capabilities. Familiarity with enterprise-grade ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or similar platforms is highly regarded. The CFO will leverage technology to optimize financial processes, ensure data integrity, and support scalable growth.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the CFO will lead a dedicated team to achieve strategic and operational objectives across all our farms, demonstrating financial leadership, initiative, and commercial insight.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the finance function, ensuring robust financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Drive system optimisation and integrations across Dynamics F&O and other critical platforms.
Provide commercial insights and strategic recommendations to support growth and efficiency.
Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, audits, and compliance.
Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams with financial and operational data.
Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance team.
Who You Are
CPA/CA qualified with 10+ years in senior finance leadership roles, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or agribusiness.
Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics F&O and multi-system integrations.
Hands-on experience with operational finance and system processes.
Strong business acumen and a practical, commercial mindset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging internal and external stakeholders.
Based in or willing to relocate to Griffith, NSW. Remote candidates with exceptional credentials will be considered.
