Role Description
The Business Services Coordinator is a full‐time on‐site position located in the Greater Brisbane Area. In this role, you will oversee administrative functions, support business operations, maintain efficient workflows, and coordinate resources across internal teams. Responsibilities include managing communications, organising meetings and schedules, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and policies.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and office management
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and multitask in a dynamic environment
* Experience with business processes and an understanding of project management principles
* Proficiency in software programs, such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
* Flexible and adaptable with a strong problem‐solving mindset
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous
