Digital Marketing Specialist (B2B Climate Tech)

Location: Remote (Australia preferred)

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help accelerate our growth.

The Role

Your focus will be executing targeted digital marketing campaigns that generate qualified opportunities for our commercial team.

This is a hands‐on role focused on campaign execution and performance optimisation. You'll work closely with our Head of Commercial and Product Marketing Manager, translating messaging and positioning into high‐performing campaigns across key digital channels.

If you enjoy running campaigns, testing ideas, analysing results and improving performance, this role offers the chance to have a direct impact on growth in a fast‐moving climate tech company.

What you'll do
* Plan and run targeted digital marketing campaigns that generate pipeline for our sales team
* Execute campaigns across LinkedIn, email marketing and search, including sponsored content, lead generation campaigns and email nurture sequences
* Work with the Product Marketing Manager to turn messaging and content into effective campaigns
* Partner closely with our commercial team to align marketing with priority accounts and sales outreach
* Track and optimise campaign performance, improving engagement, conversion and lead quality
* Build and manage email marketing and lead nurture workflows
* Support targeted campaigns aimed at institutional investors, financial services audiences and SaaS platforms
* Coordinate campaign assets including landing pages, emails and paid promotions
* Maintain and improve our marketing tools including Mailchimp, Wix Studio and Canva
* Test new channels, targeting strategies and campaign formats
What success looks like

In your first 6–12 months you will:

* Launch campaigns that generate qualified sales conversations
* Improve conversion across LinkedIn and email marketing funnels
* Build repeatable campaign workflows that support a growing commercial pipeline, utilising AI tools to increase your impact
* Work closely with sales to refine targeting, messaging and outreach
About you

We're looking for someone with:

* 2 – 4 years experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech or a related industry
* Experience running and optimising digital marketing campaigns
* Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing, email marketing and search
* Familiarity with AI and AI tools that will increase impact and efficiency
* A data‐driven mindset and comfort analysing campaign performance
* Strong organisation skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns
* Interest in financial markets, climate tech or ESG
Nice to have
* Experience supporting sales‐led or account‐based marketing
* Experience marketing to financial services audiences
* Experience in high‐growth startups
* Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools
