Main Responsibilities
* Drive retail sales, manage stock control, and oversee merchandising.
* Lead and motivate retail staff to achieve sales excellence.
* Manage rosters and daily staffing requirements.
* Deliver an outstanding customer experience and resolve customer enquiries.
* Schedule and coordinate service jobs, liaising with customers and technicians.
Requirements
* Prior management experience in retail or service industries.
* Industry experience within pools, outdoor lifestyle, or related sectors is highly desirable.
* Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
* Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage day-to-day retail operations.
