**About the Role**
We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Support Officer to join the Nursing & Midwifery Education and Practice Improvement team. In this dynamic role, you will provide essential high-level administrative support across business operations, finance processes and document management. As a key member of a fast-paced, collaborative team, you will contribute to the department's mission of driving excellence in nursing and midwifery education and practice.
**About You**
You bring an administrative background, with exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Your self-motivated and enthusiastic approach enables you to adapt to shifting priorities. You are proactive and dependable, able to work independently within established plans, policies, and procedures. A true team player, you collaborate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and senior leaders. You take ownership of your work, demonstrating accountability and a commitment to excellence in everything you do.
**What you need**:
- Experience working in a similar level position in a health service or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Drivers License
- Working with Children's Check
