Receiving Operative / High Reach Forklift Driver
Location: Altona, VIC Pay Rate: $35.11 per hour + super Hours: 6am-8am start | 2pm-4pm finish (flexibility & overtime required)

About the Role
You will be responsible for handling incoming goods, operating high‐reach forklifts (including double deep and 10‐tonne units), and supporting daily warehouse operations. This is not a dedicated driving role - manual handling and lifting are required.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate high‐reach forklifts for putaway and retrieval tasks
* Perform receiving duties and manual handling of incoming goods
* Use RF scanners for inventory management
* Accurately complete putaway tasks and maintain stock integrity
* Work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively
* Maintain punctuality, reliability, and safe work practices
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum 2 years experience as a Receiving Operative
* Minimum 3 years experience operating high‐reach forklifts (Reach / Double Deep / 10‐Tonner)
* Experience using RF scanners
* Strong numerical skills and ability to multitask
* Good understanding of English and clear communication skills
* Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
* Ability to perform manual lifting and general warehouse duties
* Grade 2 Driver experience (warehouse forklift driver classification)
