Foreman Position
We are seeking experienced Foremen to join our team. You will play a key role in managing site operations on large-scale projects ensuring work is delivered safely on time and to a high standard.
* Run daily pre-starts and toolbox meetings to set priorities and ensure safe work practices.
* Supervise all site activities ensuring work is carried out to specification and program.
* Coordinate and monitor subcontractors to achieve consistent quality and productivity.
* Review and interpret drawings plans and schedules.
* Track progress against program targets and report updates to the Site Manager.
* Identify potential issues early and find practical solutions on the ground.
* Maintain site records checklists and defect lists.
* Manage materials and deliveries to keep work flowing efficiently.
* Uphold site presentation compliance and safety at all times.
You will also play a key role in supporting junior team members and maintaining good communication with project engineers supervisors and trades on site.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate IV in Building & Construction (minimum).
* Solid experience as a Foreman on large residential or commercial projects.
* A strong understanding of how jobs are built from structure through to finishes.
* The ability to read and interpret plans and ensure work meets design intent.
* Proven ability to lead motivate trades and drive outcomes.
* A proactive hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
* Commitment to safe work practices and quality control.
