Job Opportunity
The Job Coach's role is to provide personalized support to clients in achieving their career goals. This involves guiding clients towards job-readiness and enabling opportunities for employment once they are ready for work.
As a Job Coach, you will be at the forefront of our services, working one-on-one with clients to provide support for a sustainable career. You will also be responsible for building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients.
Some of the key tasks involved in this role include:
* Encouraging and motivating participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
* Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
* Placing participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
* Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;
* Providing exceptional service to clients, employers and other stakeholders at every stage of the process.
Requirements for this role include:
* Experience in customer service or a client-facing role, minimum one year's experience;
* Demonstrated ability to work with people overcoming challenges;
* Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
* Confident working to KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
* Desire to be part of a team that is passionate about helping people achieve their career goals;
* Hold a current Drivers Licence.
