Sales and Licensing Manager Role

About the Job:

We're looking for a Sales and Licensing Manager to oversee our Crop Science licensing and associated technology partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial contracts, developing strategic licensing arrangements, and maintaining relationships with third-party licensees.

Key Responsibilities:

* Licensing Management: Oversee the overarching strategic management of our Crop Science licensing and associated technology partnerships.
* Contract Management: Provide management, development, and execution of commercial contracts and strategic licensing arrangements.
* Relationship Management: Enable transparency and appropriate governance in the execution of licenses and contracts with 3rd parties, along with ongoing relationship management.
* Strategic Development: Maintain and strategically develop all third-party licensee relationships, maintaining oversight for all necessary seasonal obligations and requirements.
* Customer-Centric Materials: Translate regulatory and commercial requirements into customer-centric materials and tactics to promote stewardship and compliance with relevant licenses.
* Marketing Programs: Review relevant marketing programs and update licensing and reseller agreements as required.
* Agreement Distribution: Manage electronic distribution of agreements to third parties for signing and return.
* Audit Requirements: Review seasonal audit requirements in line with regulatory and commercial obligations, monitor results, and follow up remediation.
* Portfolio Strategy: Define the short and long-term glyphosate portfolio strategy for ANZ, in collaboration with cluster and regional Asset and Portfolio stakeholders.
* In-Licensing Strategy: Define and execute Bayer Crop Science strategy for in-licensing of products to support overall portfolio footprint.

Requirements:

* Experience: Experience in licensing product management or a relevant marketing discipline.
* Agricultural Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience working within the agricultural seed & chemical market.
* Commercial Acumen: Excellent commercial acumen.
* Contract Engagement: Strong contract engagement knowledge.
* Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working effectively in collaboration with external industry groups.
* Cross-Cultural Teamwork: Experience in operating within remote and cross-cultural commercial teams.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills.
* Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communications skills.
