Job Description
This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments of the biological, psychological, and social needs of children and their families. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored clinical treatment plans.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in delivering evidence-based interventions for high-risk infants and children, as well as proficiency in current mental health treatment practices.
* Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for children and families.
* Develop and implement tailored clinical treatment plans addressing biological, psychological, and social needs.
* Provide ongoing risk management and crisis intervention.
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance client-centered care.
* Participate in regular clinical reviews and engage in continuous learning and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Social Work, Psychology, or Occupational Therapy.
* Demonstrated experience in delivering evidence-based family-inclusive interventions for high-risk infants and children.
* Proficiency in current mental health treatment practices and approaches.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
