We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join us on a casual basis (2–3 days per week) to support the delivery of compelling visual content across digital and traditional channels.You’ll work closely with our fulltime Graphic Designer and Brand Marketing team to design and execute assets for campaigns, social media, email, website content, and more. Your work will play an essential role in ensuring Solbari’s visual identity remains consistent, elevated, and aligned with our brand mission to promote sun safety and skin health.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative execution across channels: Design engaging, on-brand content for email campaigns (via Klaviyo), social media, website (Shopify)Photoshoot support: Assist in concept development and day-of execution for campaign and ecommerce photography, ensuring creative alignment and consistency.Postproduction: Edit and optimise imagery for various platforms—resizing, retouching, and colour correcting in line with brand standards.Design Consistency: Maintain consistency across all touchpoints by applying Solbari’s brand guidelines and creative standards.Project Management: Manage multiple design tasks, meet deadlines, and respond flexibly to changing priorities across campaigns and channels.Motion & Video Content Creation: Develop simple motion graphics, GIFs or short-form video content for social, digital ads and emails to enhance engagement and storytelling.Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with the marketing, ecommerce and product teams to translate campaign briefs into compelling visuals that drive performance and reflect Solbari’s brand identity.Asset Management: Organise and maintain a library of creative assets, ensuring files are accessible, correctly named, and optimised for different platforms and uses.Creative Innovation: Stay across design trends, competitor activity and best practice in performance creative to proactively bring fresh ideas and elevate visual storytelling.Skills & Experience2+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in a digitally-led or direct-to-consumer brand.Strong cross-platform design experience across ecommerce, email, social media, and print.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) and Figma.Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo is advantageous.Experience working to brand guidelines with a strong eye for visual detail.Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced manner.A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for creative storytelling.Why Solbari?At Solbari, your creative work will have purpose.
