Aircraft Maintenance Structure Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Structures to join our team and contribute to the maintenance of the Hawk Lead-In Fighter program at RAAF Base Williamtown, NSW.
The successful candidate will have relevant experience in aircraft maintenance, with a focus on structures. They will be responsible for ensuring all maintenance and technical documentation is accurate and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Production, maintenance, and repair of sheet metal, bonded, and non-metallic composite materials and components on aircraft;
* Work in an aviation environment to meet regulatory and airworthiness requirements;
* Carry out scheduled servicing and other unscheduled maintenance under the direction of the Team Leader;
* Ensure all maintenance and technical documentation is authorised, compliant, and recorded accurately;
* Report defects, deficiencies, maintenance errors, and unserviceabilities to the Team Leader;
About You:
* Hold a relevant Aircraft Maintenance Trade – Cert IV Aeroskills – Structures (mandatory);
* Australian citizen with the ability to obtain Defence clearance (mandatory);
* Experience or strong interest in working with Defence military aircraft;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills;
* Ability to deliver work within a fast-paced team environment;

* A defence security clearance is required; applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible for clearance.
