Customer Service Professional Opportunity

About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, transferring calls to relevant areas, recording customer information, and responding to web-based enquiries. You will also work on a large Government account, providing high-quality service to their customer base.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing excellent customer service and support over the phone and via email
* Assisting with administrative tasks and coordinating efforts to support business operations
* Developing and maintaining knowledge of NSW legislation and policies to effectively problem-solve and advise customers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment
* A strong desire to work in the contact centre space
* Good computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple IT systems
* The capacity to pass a full background check
