Role Summary
The successful locum will perform a range of ultrasound scans including general, vascular, obstetrics, and musculoskeletal imaging. Sonographers run their own lists on two ultrasound rooms using Philips machines. Work is Monday to Friday between 7am and 4pm.
Responsibilities
* Perform a range of ultrasound scans, including general, vascular, obstetrics and musculoskeletal.
* Work independently with a team of sonographers, receptionists and remote radiologists.
* Participate in induction to site and adhere to all protocols, procedures, and policies.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience working in a private practice setting.
* Comfortable working in a private practice where no radiologist is on site.
* Comfortable with 20‐minute musculoskeletal appointments.
* Experience using Philips machines.
* Full ASAR registration.
* Correct working rights for Australia.
