We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major HRIS & Payroll migration transformation program within a large organisational environment
Key Skills & Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of a workforce management transformation program
* Confident operating in complex payroll and award-based environments
* Oversee integration-heavy delivery across Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors
* Establish project governance, steering committees, and reporting structures
* Manage cross-functional stakeholders across HR, IT, operations, finance, and compliance
* Drive organisational change, training, and adoption of new workforce processes
* Monitor project performance, risks, and benefits realisation against agreed KPIs
* Manage risk, budget, scope and vendor accountability
* Lead parallel pay runs, pilot deployment and multi-stage rollout
* Experience working within a PMO environment using structured delivery methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMBOK).
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage technical teams and senior executives alike.
* Experience delivering projects in regulated or highly governed environments.
