Support Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support Specialist to provide expert technical assistance to our customers.
* Provide professional support via phone and email to diagnose and rectify software and hardware issues.
* Update our customer relationship management system with accurate records of calls and emails.
* Assist with the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of hardware and software solutions.
* Evaluate and repair circuit boards to a component level, ensuring high-quality results.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate III in Electronics or equivalent qualification.
