The selected candidate will work from home or office in Perth for 5 days a week on a flexible roster.
About the Role
This position is situated within the Mobile Equipment Maintenance department at an iron ore mining operation in the Pilbara.
The primary objective of this role is to develop digital Work Instructions within the Standardised Work Field and Builder App.
* Develop, update, and maintain digital Work Instructions in the Standardised Work App.
* Support new strategies being generated within the SW application and ensure a seamless rollout.
* Translate equipment processes, engineering standards, and master data into clear, step-by-step instructions.
The incumbent will collaborate with reliability engineers and maintenance execution teams to gather field feedback and utilise strong influencing skills to educate teams on the value of Standardised Work.
