ABOUT THE ROLE
LOCATION: Kilcoy, QLD
To drive the execution of the daily production plan across the KPC site, providing visibility to Customer Service, Sales and Logistics while supporting the key KPIs. Enable the key relationship with the Operations team to make the best possible decisions, to instigate timely actions to resolve complex situations.
ABOUT YOU
* Min 12 months experience in Production planning within the FMCG or Meat Industries
* Demonstrated ability to identify root causes and problem solve.
* Proven experience in high pressure environments and ability to succeed.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organisational skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
* Results orientated.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL
* An ability to develop detailed knowledge of our production specifications, critical logistical factors and the sales process and apply it to daily decision making
* Strong knowledge of compliance requirements, including WHS, HACCAP and QA
* Proactive problem solving and solutions focus, supported by consistent follow through
* Resource coordination that is flexible and efficient to deliver to production outputs
* A collaborative and inclusive approach to communication with all stakeholders
* A strong sense of accountability and responsibility as well as a commitment to company values and the organisation
* High levels of motivation, resilience and enthusiasm
* Attention to detail, initiative and time management skills
* Proficiency in MS Office suite including advanced Excel
