You will have the chance to interact with people from all walks of life, driving membership growth through outreach activities, generating and converting high-quality sales leads, and providing exceptional customer service that motivates members to continue their fitness journey.
As a sales consultant, your responsibilities will include:
* Proactively contributing to sales targets by utilising promotions and referrals campaigns.
* Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.
* Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
* Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
* Creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
* Attaining successful outcomes to enquiries.
* Opening and closing the club as per the club roster.
* Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
* Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey, recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience.
To excel in this role, you will require:
* Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
* Problem-solving mindset.
* Communication skills.
* Drive Team player.
* Customer-focused person.
