Key Responsibilities
* Provide clear, practical advice to clients on employment matters, including contracts, workplace policies, and dispute resolution
* Lead or support employment-related investigations and negotiations
* Assist clients in navigating workplace compliance and governance challenges
* Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and training programs
* Work closely with senior lawyers and partners on complex advisory and litigation matters
* Support the team in delivering high-quality outcomes and mentoring junior colleagues
About You
* 3–6 years post-admission experience as an Employment Advisory Lawyer
* Strong understanding of employment law with experience across advisory and dispute matters
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong time management and prioritisation skills
* Eager to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to a positive team culture
