Your new role
This role will add extra strength to the HR team. You will work a shift with cross over with the People & Culture Manager. Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, in this newly created role you will:
- Take responsibility for managing the employee lifecycle (i.e. onboarding and compliance)
- Ensure ongoing compliance with reporting requirements in relation to visa programs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience
- Proactively manage employees across absenteeism, welfare and disciplinary action as required
- Manage and implement the Return to Work and Workers Compensation program in compliance with procedures and guidance
- Liaise and support the Operations production team in employee concerns and management
- Monitor and implement applicable Policies, Procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with both internal processes and legislation
- Monitor and implement accommodation processes
- Work with and maintain a strong relationship with the senior leadership team
