In this role you will guide and lead finance transformation projects across diverse sectors, partnering with CFOs and finance leaders to design and implement initiatives in Controllership, FP&A, and Finance Operations.
What you'll do
Craft and execute cutting-edge finance strategies and operating models, including Global Business Services, at a senior level.
Elevate finance into a strategic business partner by designing an insight-led advisory function and delivering actionable recommendations.
Lead deployment of Cloud ERP, EPM, automation and AI technologies to enhance process excellence and finance efficiency.
Advance enterprise performance-management capabilities to provide deep insights, accelerate decision-making and unlock growth opportunities.
What we're looking for
Extensive experience managing and executing transformation projects within finance, focusing on operating-model design and process improvement (O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A).
Proven leadership in advisory on key finance technologies and automation tools (e.g., SAP S/4, OneStream, PowerBI, Workday Adaptive, Oracle).
Superior analytical abilities and a knack for solving complex business challenges at a senior level.
Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
A strong interest in emerging future-of-finance trends, including AI and agentic finance.
Academic background in accounting, finance or commerce is preferred; finance qualifications such as CPA Australia, CA ANZ or CIMA are highly regarded.
