About the Role
* The successful applicant will be responsible for general activities to support the study, including participant recruitment, interviews, survey collection, data management and analysis.
* The role forms part of a multi-disciplinary research team and plays a key role in evaluating quality appraisal programs.
Duties
* Provide high-quality research assistant care to participants.
* Deliver informed research perspectives when interacting with stakeholders.
* Lead recruitment efforts and assist in participant recruitment.
* Collect, manage and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
* Develop knowledge on quality improvement tools such as PDSA cycles.
About You
* Able to work under limited direction or autonomously as part of a collaborative team.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
* Experience in research management and data analysis.
* Proficient in using online survey tools, databases and qualitative analysis tools.
* Ability to complete administrative tasks under minimal supervision.
* Experience in presenting research findings.
