Essential requirements:
5. 2+ years in a Management role in a similar venue
6. Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
7. Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
8. Ability to stock take and investigate stock loss
9. Order and maintain par levels within beverage department, food department, and venue consumables
10. Be able to work in a team environment
11. Approved Managers License
