Our organisation is a respected financial institution known for its customer-centric approach and technical expertise in wealth and superannuation. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong technical knowledge to join our platform team, driving strategic improvement and operational product delivery.
The Role: Work closely with engineering and product leadership to take ownership of business-critical support tickets, system changes and operational enhancements. A hands-on delivery role where judgement, responsiveness and technical context matter more than blue-sky strategy. Lead a small team of BAs, triage issues in flight and keep platform improvements moving forward across compliance, legislation and user experience requirements.
Act as a bridge between product, operations and engineering, ensuring that what needs to happen, happens quickly.
What You Need to Bring:
* Strong working knowledge of superannuation platforms, regulatory obligations and BAU feature operations
* Product experience within wealth, super or financial services, especially around member servicing, compliance changes or tech uplift
* Excellent communication and organisational skills – able to identify priority tickets, assign resources and deliver meaningful fixes fast
* Comfort leading BAU teams and working closely with tech teams to assess feasibility, integrations and incident response
* A mindset that thrives on ownership, structure and steady delivery – not strategic vision alone
* Must be located in Sydney (flexible working available)
