This role is unique in blending design insight with hands-on project coordination and management. While rooted in design, this role is heavily focused on project management, including tender documentation, supplier liaison, and procurement support.
You'll play a key part in our R&D efforts across Ingenia Lifestyle communities, defining the right products and standards for D&C builder contracts, while managing multiple workstreams and collaborating with a passionate, solutions-focused team.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate design reviews, site visits, and documentation to support new home designs, community facilities, and masterplans
* Standardise internal and external finishes, fittings, and equipment schedules, contributing to national procurement readiness
* Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure timely delivery of project documentation and design best practices
* Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement through operational design briefings and stakeholder engagement
* Maintain a safe working environment by following WHS procedures and contributing to risk identification and reporting
About You
* Familiarity with tender processes, project documentation, and volume construction
* Proven experience coordinating design and construction projects, ideally within community-based masterplans
* A grasp of residential building methods, design documentation, and relevant codes and regulations
* Skill in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and solving problems with confidence
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills
