About the Role:
You will manage a diverse portfolio of conveyancing matters from commencement to settlement, including residential, commercial, and retail transactions.
This role suits someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and confident working to deadlines in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing end-to-end conveyancing files
* Preparing Contracts of Sale and Vendor Statements
* Conducting property and company searches
* Attending PEXA settlements
* Calculating stamp duty and settlement figures
* Liaising with clients and third parties
* Preparing SRO forms and Statements of Adjustments
* Assisting colleagues with ad hoc tasks
About You
* Proven conveyancing experience
* Strong knowledge of the end-to-end conveyancing process
* Confident user of PEXA and Duties Online
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage competing deadlines
* Experience with LEAP (advantageous but not essential)
* Diploma of Conveyancing (advantageous but not essential)
* Experience in subdivisions, developments, owners' corporation, retail, residential, or commercial matters will be highly regarded*
