The Role
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes for guests in accordance with established menus.
* Liaise with the Head Chef and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless delivery of daily services.
* Implement a strong service focus and efficient standards and practices.
About You
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a similar environment.
* Formal trade qualifications in commercial cooking or equivalent experience.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proven ability to work within a team and autonomously.
