Job Title
The role of Senior Pharmacist is a key position in the Cancer Care Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the unit and work closely with other members of the Pharmacy Management Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical pharmacist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. As a Senior Pharmacist, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of pharmacy services in the Cancer Care Unit.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of pharmacy services in the Cancer Care Unit.
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the unit, including medication management and quality assurance.
* Work collaboratively with other members of the Pharmacy Management Team to achieve strategic objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Demonstrated expertise as a clinical pharmacist, including advanced knowledge of therapeutics in oncology and haematology.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals and patients.
