Snap Fitness Mackay is seeking someone who is the perfect "All Rounder" to join our team.
This role is a pivotal position, which requires someone who is passionate about all things health and fitness and who has an incredible skillset to multitask and manage competing priorities.
This position plays a key role in supporting the team with daily administration tasks, supporting our amazing customers with their membership questions and working with the team collectively to ensue that the daily operations run effectively.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is available for an immediate start for the right applicant. Some of the key duties will include;
* Complete prospect tours, new membership sign-ups & club inductions for booked tours & walk-ins.
* Using internal software systems including Glofox & Gymsales. This will include all direct communications with new enquiries, booking appointments and driving sales to assist with the growth of the business.
* Working with the support team to effectively complete all admin related tasks including: emails, membership management, member payment management, daily & monthly checklists items, stock management & ordering etc.
* Working with the support team to maintain club presentation standards & delivering a positive member experience to our club members each day.

You must enjoy customer service and accountability, be able to take initiative when managing competing priorities, and want to finish each day with a positive outcome.

* Reliable, proactive, professional & well presented.
* Certificate 3 in Fitness is desirable
* Must hold current First Aid Certificate & CPR.
