What you'll be doing
Running the kitchen with confidence, pride, and a focus on smooth service.
Cooking authentic Italian dishes and pizzas that keep guests coming back.
Contributing your own ideas to shape and grow the menu.
Keeping the kitchen safe, clean, and organised.
Managing stock and orders smartly to keep things efficient.
Leading, training, and inspiring your team to deliver their best.
Working hand-in-hand with front of house to ensure great customer service from kitchen to table.
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef.
Strong background in Italian cuisine and pizza-making.
A natural leader who can motivate and guide a small team.
