Our client is a privately owned geotechnical consultancy with offices in the US, New Zealand and Australia. They have been with us since the start of our journey, and Ground has successfully placed candidates within the Brisbane office who are still flourishing and still there.
There is an opportunity for a Brisbane-based Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our client through Ground.
When you go through Ground, we provide specialised support for six months, including coaching and guidance services to help you succeed in your new role.
This role would suit an experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer looking for a more supportive team environment, working with a company that acknowledges hard work.
To be considered for this position, you should have at least eight years of local work experience in foundation design, ground improvement, retaining structures and slope stability assessment.
It would be best if you were comfortable preparing and reviewing proposals, writing tech memos and factual and interpretative reports to the government, and working with more junior staff to help them develop.
In addition, you will need to demonstrate your project management experience and have CPeng and RPEQ.
