Hot Tamale is now on the search for a leader, or a senior assistant restaurant manager, looking to develop into a restaurant manager.
It is ideal for someone who has great experience in hospitality, with a great attitude and a bounce in their step. We are looking for someone who want to bring the energy and wants to develop and guide a team
WHAT IS THE ROLE?
* Hands on shift manager; running shifts as well as working along side the entire team
* Creating a fun, vibrant and guest orientated team culture
* Development and enforcing high standards of system & processes
* Training and developing our team to the highest standards
* Ensuring we exceed our guests expectations every time.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* Minimum 2 years in a full table service environment
* Minimum 2 years hospitality experience in a restaurant (table service, high volume)
* 1+ year commitment to the venue
* Natural great customer service
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
