Job Summary:

* Assist with condition reports, routine inspections, and maintenance activities
* Prepare and send rental offers, lease communications, and documentation
* Coordinate trades and other external services as required
* Work towards taking on a small portfolio of residential properties to manage independently
Requirements:
* A relevant certificate or qualification in property services (or working towards this)
* Experience in providing administrative support and customer service in a professional setting
* Adaptable and flexible, with strong initiative and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships
* A history of delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations
