Transformational Project Lead
This role involves working with talented professionals to transform Mining & Metals organisations as they navigate disruptive pressures.
You will be involved in new business development and project delivery, focusing on implementation and transformation in partnership with our clients.
This is a hybrid position based in Perth.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Work with diverse teams across the business to win, design, plan, and deliver projects to help clients solve some of their most challenging problems
* Work with the team to achieve a high standard of client service
* Connect with local and global networks to share knowledge and draw on the skills of other subject matter specialists
* Develop relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across all levels
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience of working in the mining & metals industry or other asset-intensive industries, preferably consulting at professional services firms
* Demonstrated understanding of mining operations and the mining value chain
* Experience in delivering transformational projects in the mining industry or other asset-intensive industries
* Ability to conduct root cause analyses leveraging operational and financial data
* Working knowledge and aptitude in Program Management Office functions, project oversight and management, applicable industry platforms and technologies, digital transformation general and application controls, risk management, information security and information assurance
