Senior Account Manager Role
This is a senior account management position within the liability department. The role involves managing insurer clients and working on public liability incidents and claims.
The successful candidate will possess strong negotiation and advocacy skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Responsibilities include ownership and maintenance of a portfolio of files, early and effective liability assessment, and assessment and justification of reserves in line with authority levels.
* Proactive early intervention strategies are employed to reduce claims costs, and a strategy for claim resolution is developed.
* The candidate prioritizes tasks to oversee up to 180-200 claim files, assess recovery prospects, and maintain trust accounts where necessary.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in law.
