Law Graduate or Solicitor (0-2 PAE) – Banking and Finance (Melbourne) We have an excellent and permanent opportunity for a motivated Law Graduate or Solicitor to join our Banking & Finance team in Melbourne, full time.About the role Working closely with Nicola Schofield, Partner, and other lawyers across the practice group, you will gain exposure to a broad range of banking and finance matters for a range of industries. You will assist on transactions acting for Australia's major lenders, with the team servicing over 20 bank panels, including all four major Australian banks.This role offers hands‐on experience from the outset, including involvement in drafting, due diligence, transaction support, and client liaison.
