APAC FM are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join a leading provider servicing high-profile commercial sites across Canberra.
This hands-on role offers exposure to telecoms, government, and defence contracts, working within a skilled and supportive team with strong opportunities for training and career progression.

The Opportunity:
You will be responsible for delivering HVAC maintenance and service works across multiple commercial facilities, ensuring systems are operating efficiently, safely, and to a high technical standard.
Working alongside a skilled team, you will carry out preventative maintenance, attend reactive breakdowns, and support ongoing improvement of building services across key client sites.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems
• Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
• Diagnose faults across mechanical systems and implement effective solutions
• Ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Liaise with site stakeholders to deliver high-quality service
• Support continuous improvement across building systems and assets
What You’ll Need:
• Qualified HVAC Technician / Refrigeration Mechanic
• Relevant trade certification and ARCtick licence
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Experience working across commercial facilities
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
Additional Requirements:
• Australian Citizenship (required for NV1 Clearance eligibility)
• Ability to pass police and medical checks
