The Opportunity
We're seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager with proven experience delivering residential land subdivision projects from concept through to completion.
This is a true end-to-end (turnkey) role, where you'll take ownership of projects and drive outcomes across all stages from design coordination, approvals, delivery, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage residential land development projects from inception to completion
* Oversee the delivery of subdivisions, including:
o Bulk earthworks
o Roads and intersections
o Drainage and stormwater systems
o Water and sewer infrastructure
* Coordinate internal design teams and external consultants
* Act as the primary point of contact for:
o Local councils and authorities
o Service authorities
o Developers and clients
o Contractors and delivery partners
* Manage project budgets, timelines, and risks to ensure successful delivery
About You
* Proven experience delivering residential land subdivisions in Australia
* Strong background in civil infrastructure associated with land development
* Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ideally a Chartered Civil Engineer (CPEng) or an experienced Project Manager from a developer or consultancy background
* Commercially astute, proactive, and solutions-focused
