Senior School Administrative Manager
The role of the Senior School Administrative Manager is to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Senior School administration team. This includes leading, mentoring, and guiding professional development.
* Optimising the collaborative efforts of the wider administration team to achieve continuous improvement in administrative support delivery.
* Providing secretarial and administrative support to the Deputy Principal/Head of the Senior School, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
* Building teamwork within the Senior School Office, fostering a team culture across the School's administrative support staff.
To be successful in this hands-on role, you will have:
* Substantial experience in a similar role, leading a team.
* Excellent administrative, organisational and time management skills.
* Advanced skills in using information technology, including Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), electronic diary, email, SharePoint, and database applications.
* Well-developed written communication skills with the ability to write in a clear, accurate and easily understood style.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with a diverse range of people of all ages.
* Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
* A current Provide First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
* A high degree of flexibility is required in term times to meet the School's operational requirements.
