This is an exciting and RARE opportunity for to gain experience in working for one of Australia's retail giants!
We are currently seeking an experienced Visual Merchandiser to join a well-known retail brand at Head Office level, supporting the creative and design side of visual merchandising across their store network - on a temporary basis.
This role will focus on developing visual concepts, in-store campaigns and merchandising guidelines to ensure a consistent and engaging brand experience across all retail locations.
Working closely with the marketing, buying and retail teams, you will play a key role in bringing seasonal campaigns and product launches to life in-store.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and design seasonal visual merchandising concepts, window displays and in-store campaigns.
* Create visual merchandising guidelines, floorplans and display instructions for store teams.
* Plan product placement and store layouts to optimise customer flow and maximise sales.
* Collaborate with marketing and buying teams on campaigns, promotions and product launches.
* Conduct store visits to ensure visual standards are implemented and maintained.
About You
* Previous experience in a Head Office Visual Merchandising or Retail Design role.
* Strong understanding of retail environments and customer experience.
* Highly creative with strong visual presentation and conceptual skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and campaign timelines.
* Experience with using Adobe Suite and Illustrator are essential.
