Store Manager - SABA Chatswood Store
About the Role
Reporting to the State/Regional Manager, this position is responsible for assisting the Manager in maximising store performance through key areas of team management, sales, visual merchandising, and expense control while focusing on delivering a premium customer experience.
About You
* At least 2 years' retail management experience in a high end or premium retail environment
* Demonstrated experience in driving store performance and the achievement of sales targets and KPIs
* Proven ability and passion to lead, coach and motivate team members in a quick‐paced retail workplace
* Results driven with strong analytical, strategic and problem‐solving skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* The ability to prioritise tasks and expectations
* An obvious love for fashion and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
* Flexible and creative approach in reacting positively to changing work demands
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer‐focused service, telling the brand's story of authenticity and confidence.
* Manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and craft productive rosters.
* Drive team performance, productivity, and skill development, nurturing a culture of growth for our team members.
* Ensure operational excellence by maintaining control over stock and executing flawless visual merchandising that reflects the essence of the brand.
