Job Overview
We're seeking a highly skilled Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Manager to lead our SHE function in Queensland. As the right person for this role, you'll be responsible for driving positive SHE culture and robust governance across our offices, distribution centres, warehouses and retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:
* SHE Management System Implementation: Guide site leaders on implementing SHE strategies and initiatives.
* Audit Compliance & Improvement: Conduct audits to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
* Risk Assessment & Reduction: Support sites with risk assessments and proactive risk reduction activities.
You'll Thrive in This Role If You Have:
* >Strong understanding of Australian New Zealand SHE legislation.
• Tertiary qualifications in SHE or related discipline
• Proven ability to build capability and safety leadership with line management
• ICAM investigation training/certification/
