We are seeking a Casual Trainer - Traffic Management Course to join our team at Stark Training in Bunbury, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality traffic management training courses to ensure participants develop the necessary skills and knowledge to work safely on job sites. This is a casual role with flexible work arrangements to suit your schedule.
What you'll be doing
Prepare and deliver engaging training sessions on traffic management procedures, signage, and safety protocols.
Assess participants' competency and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
Maintain training records and ensure all course documentation is accurately completed.
Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve course content and delivery.
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all participants.
What we're looking for
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Current Main Roads Traffic Management and Traffic Controller Certification BWTM & TC accreditation or higher and 3 years experience.
Extensive experience in traffic management operations and a thorough understanding of the associated regulations and requirements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse learners.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate training records.
A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for training and education.
