**Your Role**:
There is no typical working week at Flybuys. But here are some of the things you might be working on, day-to-day;
- Responsible for the entire campaign planning process to bring marketing plans to fruition (insight, analytics, briefing, creative, execution, PIR, feedback into strategy)
- Develop annual brand-building campaigns to deliver YOY growth of key brand awareness and engagement objectives (eg. Christmas)
- Ensure impactful and seamless launch and entire campaign delivery following internal processes to execute consistency across all channels
- Effective project management liaising with all key stakeholders to ensure campaign output is delivered on time and to set budgets
- Liaise with key internal Analytics, Media and Digital teams to develop appropriate templates and reporting cadence for each campaign, leveraging learnings with each iteration
- Develop and execute the marketing launch strategy for new Flybuys product and partner initiatives
- Work closely with key internal departments and partners to align budgets, OKR's, audience targeting, key messaging and timings
- Brief appropriate agency partners and internal departments to develop the strategic approach, and execute multi-channel campaigns to support new initiatives and deliver on business objectives
- Budget management & financial results
- Support Senior Marketing Manager with strategic development and implementation of ad hoc test and learn campaigns in line with current business priorities
- Regularly assess brand performance metrics, partner and competitor activity as well as industry news to identify strategic test and learn opportunities for Flybuys
- Support the PR function by leading new initiative press announcements
- Liaise with relevant partners, agencies and internal teams to ensure messaging is in line with brand guidelines and approved by all key stakeholders

**Your Experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business / Marketing
- 5+ years relevant industry experience
- Experience in managing, deploying, and analysing successful end-to-end TTL campaigns
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritise workload, and escalate issues when required
- Excellent project management skills, well organised and detail orientated
- Ability to liaise at a range of stakeholder management levels, with strong presentation and influencing skills
- Strong attention to detail and the capacity to work effectively in a time critical environment
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills, ability to generate and/or interpret data insights to drive campaign objectives
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
