Your new role
Your duties and responsibilities as a Property Manager role
* Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing enquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly.
* Manage lease agreements, renewals, inspections, and tenancy compliance.
* Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed reports.
* Maintain strong relationships with residents to support a positive living experience.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in residential and commercial property management or building management
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of tenancy legislation and compliance requirements.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Current Real Estate Registration Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
