Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the veterinary and nursing team fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
* Ensure the highest standards of patient care and client satisfaction.
* Mentor and support less-experienced vets and nurses, cultivating a strong learning environment
* Manage a diverse caseload, from routine check-ups to complex cases, using evidence-based practices.
* Communicate effectively with clients, guiding them through treatment options and care plans.
* Contribute to the clinic's ongoing growth and reputation within the local community.
Qualifications
What You'll Need
* Veterinary degree accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards Council (AVBC), or completion of NAVLE, AVE, or similar examinations.
* Demonstrated leadership skills and a passion for team development.
* Commitment to delivering compassionate, industry-leading care.
