The Opportunity
Fresh Clinics is in a pivotal growth window and to make the most of it, we need someone who can cut through the noise and shape our growth engine. As our Revenue Operations Lead, you\'ll sit outside of any individual team, reporting directly to our CCO. That independence matters. Your job is to look across Sales, Marketing, and our AU and US markets with a clear, unbiased eye - identifying what\'s driving revenue, what isn\'t, and what we should do about it.
This isn\'t a passive reporting role. You\'ll own the data, drive the projects, and hold teams accountable to outcomes. You\'ll also be the person who can sit with a sales rep or a marketer and explain not just what the data is showing, but why it matters and how they should respond to it.
What you\'ll own
* Revenue insight and trend identification: Establish singular ownership of our business-wide data, start with a clean-up for accuracy, identify trends in real time (revenue shifts by region, pipeline health, churn signals, campaign ROI).
* GTM accountability and alignment: Define clear ownership across Sales and Marketing initiatives, lead routing, pipeline stages, forecasting cadences, and shared targets to ensure AU Sales, AU Marketing, and US Growth align on playbooks and truth.
* Project-based revenue unlocking: Drive strategic projects (data enrichment, AI enablement tools, onboarding drop-off analysis, blocker removal) and hand them over to the right teams to move to the next project.
* Executive visibility: Move from manual spreadsheets to trusted dashboards and translate them into plain language for the Board, executives, and delivery teams.
What we\'re looking for
You\ve worked in a scale-up before and can operate in a fast-moving environment where strategy and execution happen simultaneously. You\re comfortable in both a data model and a workshop, can present a commercial narrative to a CCO, and coach a sales team on what their pipeline data means for their quarter.
Essential: You finish things. You can drop a project that\'s not working, hand over a humming initiative, and move on to the next problem with a repeatable cycle of identify, drive, embed, transition.
What\'s in your toolkit
* Experience owning or building a RevOps function in a B2B SaaS or tech-enabled business. Bonus points for HealthTech or MedTech scaleups.
* Strong HubSpot capability (workflows, automation, dashboards).
* A track record of turning messy data into clear commercial decisions.
* Sharp project management skills — run a workshop, write a brief, and ship an outcome.
* Strong communication skills to educate teams on what, why, and how of insights, not just delivering a dashboard.
* Comfort with constant change, ambiguity, and occasional pivots mid-project.
Strategy or Commercial candidates with solid implementation experience are welcome to apply, but we need the operational rigour to back up the solid thinking.
