What this prospect involves:
Join our dynamic team as a Concierge for the prestigious Brights & Park precinct! This exciting opportunity covers both 469 and 485 La Trobe Street, with your home base at the concierge desk in the 485 La Trobe Street lobby. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and visitors across both buildings, making regular visits to the 469 lobby to ensure seamless operations throughout the entire precinct.

An overview of the role:

- Provide warm, friendly welcomes to all customers and visitors
- Deliver VIP meet and greet services and building tours
- Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism
- Maintain pristine Front of House areas and provide local area guidance
- Promote retail tenancies and community events across the precinct
- Facilitate wellness classes, monthly trivia, and customer experience initiatives
- Drive WorkLife platform engagement and manage digital communications
- Host community events and prepare activation briefs
- Provide hotel-style services including restaurant bookings, transport arrangements, and event bookings
- Manage concierge platforms, data systems, and meeting room facilities
- Support customer retention strategies through data capture and analysis
- Adhere to WHS policies and assist with administrative duties

Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for:

- Customer service experience
- Friendly, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills
- Professional presentation and natural initiative
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work flexible hours
- Team player mentality
- Certificate in Hospitality/Business
- Fire Warden or First Aid experience (or willingness to train)
