**About the role at Bank of Queensland**

We have multiple exciting opportunities to join our Digital Bank - Customer Care Representative team in Sydney. The purpose of this role is to provide Customer Service excellence in a multi-channel contact centre environment.

This role will require passionate, empathetic individuals who are keen to problem solve and are curious to find solutions for our customers. Leveraging digital channels to deliver outcomes that exceed customer expectations and ensuring KPIs are met in a way that aligns with BOQ Group values. You will be a part of a super collaborative team, who work hard, but love to have fun along the way! This could be the first step of your career in banking!

**Seniority**

Entry Level - A role for someone with underlying potential, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically no direct experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Complaints Resolution - Log, investigate, and resolve customer dissatisfaction or problems, to improve negative customer experiences
- Customer Advocacy and Feedback - Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs

**Strengths**
- Service orientation - Actively seeks and develops strategies to help key stakeholders
- Prioritization - Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions
